No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund only under the conditions below:
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.
- The video must be recorded continuously from opening the sealed package to fully revealing the product, without any cuts, edits, filters, or pauses.
- Claims made without a complete unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Approval & Condition of Product
- All claims are subject to verification and approval by our team.
- If approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact, including outer boxes and labels.
Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in fragrance notes, color, or packaging are not considered defects.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
