  • Orders within Kerala are shipped via Gokulam Speed & Safe (For Urgent orders) and India Post
  • Orders to other Indian states are shipped via India Post
Delivery Timeline
  • Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
  • Orders shipped to regions farther from Kerala (North, West, or East India) may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or courier delays beyond our control.
Address & Contact Details

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code and active contact number, at the time of placing the order.

  • Please ensure your phone is reachable, as the delivery personnel may contact you during delivery.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or failure to accept delivery will require repayment of shipping charges (₹50) for re-dispatch.
  • No refunds will be issued for orders returned under these circumstances.

Order Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking details.
  • As we rely on third-party courier partners and do not operate our own logistics network, timely tracking and coordination during delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To raise any complaint related to damage, leakage, or missing items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must show the parcel from all sides (360°) before opening.
  • The unboxing must be recorded in one continuous video, without any cuts, edits, trims, or filters.
  • Complaints raised without a proper unboxing video will be declined without exception.
Urgent Orders

For urgent delivery requests, customers may contact us before placing the order via WhatsApp at (+91) 7012375194, mentioning the expected delivery date.

  • If a private courier is arranged upon request, shipping charges may vary accordingly.
Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and submitted, no changes can be made to the order details, including delivery address or contact information. Customers are advised to carefully review all details before confirming the order.
